Acceptable use
Services must be used lawfully and in accordance with upstream provider policies. Abuse, unauthorized access, spam, malware distribution, fraud, credential theft, denial-of-service activity and prohibited content are not allowed.
Payments & provisioning
Orders may remain pending until payment is verified. Provisioning times depend on inventory and payment review. Renewal and refund rules should be customized before launch.
Availability
Service availability may be affected by maintenance, upstream outages and customer configuration. Add your actual service-level commitments before launch.
Account responsibility
Customers are responsible for securing their account credentials and for activity performed through services assigned to them. Contact support promptly if access may have been compromised.
