By using PrivateChoice.online or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Product Disclaimer published on the website.
Store eligibility and responsible use
The store is intended for adult customers who are legally able to purchase the products offered in their location. You are responsible for using the website and any purchased product lawfully and for providing accurate information during checkout.
Product information
We aim to present product information accurately, but manufacturer packaging, labeling, ingredients, design or other details may change. The original physical product label supplied with the item should be reviewed before use and takes priority for current directions, warnings and manufacturer information.
Orders and acceptance
Submitting checkout creates an order request. An order may be reviewed, confirmed, packed, shipped, delivered or cancelled through our fulfillment process. PrivateChoice may contact the customer if information needs clarification. We may decline or cancel an order where fulfillment is not reasonably possible, information appears invalid, stock is unavailable, fraud is suspected or another legitimate operational reason applies.
Pricing and discount display
Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees unless stated otherwise. Where an original or regular price and a lower current price are displayed, the percentage saving is calculated from those prices. The checkout total recorded when an order is submitted is the price applicable to that order, subject to correction of an obvious technical or pricing error before fulfillment.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery may be offered as a payment method. The customer is responsible for paying the order amount when the courier delivers the parcel. Refusing or repeatedly avoiding legitimate COD deliveries can affect our ability to accept future orders.
Free delivery
PrivateChoice currently provides free delivery across Pakistan while the Free Delivery service is active. This means the delivery fee is Rs. 0 at checkout. If the policy changes in the future, any applicable delivery charge will be shown before a new order is submitted.
Delivery
Delivery depends on courier coverage, accurate address information and operational conditions. Delivery dates are estimates unless explicitly confirmed. PrivateChoice is not responsible for delays caused by events reasonably outside our direct control, but customers may contact us for order support.
Returns and refunds
All products have a free 30-day return request window under the Returns & Refunds Policy. Customers should contact support before sending a return. Refund handling, return instructions and fair-use conditions are described in that policy.

Product pages and store content are provided for general product and shopping information. They are not a substitute for medical advice. Prohibited activity
You must not attempt to damage the website, bypass security, interfere with checkout, submit fraudulent orders, misuse customer support, introduce malicious code, scrape protected areas or access administrator functions without authorization.
Limitation and applicable law
To the extent permitted by applicable law, PrivateChoice is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from website interruption, courier delay, third-party services or misuse of a product contrary to its label or warnings. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. These terms are intended to be interpreted consistently with applicable law in Pakistan.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms as the store changes. The version displayed on the website is the current version for new orders and website use.
