PrivateChoice currently charges Rs. 0 for delivery. No delivery charge is added to an order at checkout while our Free Delivery service is active.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available at checkout. When COD is selected, the customer pays the order amount to the courier at delivery. The order total shown at checkout does not include a separate delivery fee while Free Delivery is active.
Delivery areas
We accept orders for serviceable locations in Pakistan. Courier coverage can vary by city, locality and address. If a courier cannot serve an address, our team may contact the customer using the order contact details to clarify the address or discuss the available next step.
Delivery timing
Delivery time can vary based on destination, courier operations, public holidays, weather, high-volume periods, address accuracy and other circumstances outside our direct control. We do not promise a fixed delivery date unless one is specifically confirmed for an order.
Delivery information you provide
Please enter a complete and accurate name, Pakistan mobile number, city, locality and delivery address. The courier may use the supplied phone number to coordinate delivery. Incorrect or incomplete information can delay or prevent delivery.
Discreet outer packaging
PrivateChoice is designed around discreet fulfillment. Sensitive product wording is not intentionally displayed on the outer parcel. Courier labels may still contain operational information required for delivery, such as recipient name, phone, address, shipment reference, COD amount or courier details.
Delivery attempts and missed delivery
Courier delivery procedures and the number of delivery attempts can vary. If you miss a delivery call or attempt, please respond to the courier when possible or contact PrivateChoice support with your order reference.
Inspecting delivery issues
If a parcel appears seriously damaged, incorrect or incomplete, contact PrivateChoice as soon as reasonably possible and provide your order reference and clear details. Photos may be requested where they are useful for resolving a delivery or product issue.
Free delivery changes
PrivateChoice may change its delivery promotion in the future. Any delivery charge applicable to a future order will be shown before the order is placed. Existing confirmed orders are governed by the checkout total recorded when the order was submitted.
